  • If you suffer from high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, diabetes or you are under the care of a medical practioner or you are pregnant you should not use the Thermal Suite.
    I understand this consent for and have answered each question truthfully. I understand that withholding information may result in contraindications or skin irritation from treatments received.
